By accessing or using The Board 468, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before submitting any banner or creating an account.

1. Service Description

The Board 468 is a banner advertising platform that allows users to display 468×60 pixel banners on a shared public wall. Visibility duration and the number of active banners depend on the selected plan.

2. Plans and Banner Limits

  • Free: Up to 3 active banners simultaneously. Each banner is visible for 72 hours from submission. Users receive 1 submission slot per day, resetting at midnight (UTC). Unused daily slots do not carry over. Banners are automatically removed after expiration.
  • Premium: Up to 5 active banners. Each banner remains visible for 7 days from submission.
  • Lifetime: Up to 10 active banners. Banners remain visible permanently for the duration of the platform.

3. Fair Use & Account Integrity

Board 468 is intended for individual use only. Each account must correspond to a single, real person. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass Free plan limitations (slot stacking).
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit banners or register accounts.
  • Sharing a single account between multiple individuals or organizations.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the daily slot system, banner rotation, or click tracking.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and removal of all associated banners, without prior notice and without refund.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content, images, and destination URLs included in your banners. By submitting a banner, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to use the content submitted.
  • The banner does not contain illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
  • The destination URL is functional and compliant with applicable laws.
  • You are not using multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations.

5. Content Moderation

Board 468 reserves the right to remove any banner at any time without prior notice if it violates these terms, community standards, or applicable regulations. No refund will be issued for removed content that violates these terms.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Repeatedly violate these terms.
  • Engage in abusive behavior toward the platform or its users.
  • Are found to be duplicate accounts created to exploit Free plan benefits.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments for Premium and Lifetime plans are processed securely. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the advertising service and the immediate allocation of slot visibility, we do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments under any circumstances.
  • Plan Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their banner content complies with our terms before upgrading. Removal of a banner due to a violation of these terms does not entitle the user to a refund.
  • Cancellations: You may stop using the service at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining time on Premium plans or for Lifetime access.

8. Banner Performance

Board 468 does not guarantee any specific level of traffic, clicks, impressions, or conversions from banner placement. Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

10. Banner Boost & Credits

Board 468 offers an optional “Banner Boost” utility that lets users temporarily highlight and promote a banner at the top of the wall in exchange for platform credits (CR). The Boost system and credits are part of the affiliate & rewards features described in our platform.

10.1 Boost Overview

  • Duration: A Boost highlights a banner as Featured and places it in the Top Boosted section for 24 hours from activation.
  • Cost: The standard cost to activate a Boost is 50 CR (credits).
  • Placement: Boosted banners receive a visual highlight and are shown in the Top Boosted row above regular Lifetime and Premium slots while the boost is active.

10.2 How to Use Credits & Activate a Boost

  • Go to your Dashboard → Your Banners, choose the banner, and click BOOST (50 CR). The system will verify your balance and, if sufficient, deduct 50 CR and activate the boost for 24 hours.
  • Balance display: Your available credit balance is visible on the Dashboard so you can decide before spending credits.
  • Non-transferable: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

10.3 How Credits Are Earned

Credits can be earned through our affiliate and referral system. Examples of credit-earning events (subject to change) include:

  • Referral Sign-ups: When someone registers using your referral link, the referrer receives a signup bonus of credits (e.g., 10 CR per valid referral sign-up).
  • Valid Referral Clicks: The platform may award credits to referrers for valid clicks generated by referred users or other tracked actions (for example, 1 CR per valid click), subject to anti-fraud rules described below.
  • Promotions & Bonuses: From time to time we may run promotions that award credits. Any promotional terms are published with the promotion.

10.4 Anti-Fraud & Credit Validation

To protect the integrity of the credit system, Board 468 applies automated anti-fraud measures including (but not limited to):

  • Rate limits: Credits for clicks are limited by IP/banner/time window (for example, one credit per banner_id + IP per 24 hours).
  • No self-crediting: Credits are not awarded for clicks or actions originating from the banner owner account.
  • Monitoring & audits: Suspicious activity may be investigated and credits may be revoked if abuse is detected.

We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or invalidate credits at our sole discretion if evidence of fraud or abuse is found.

10.5 No Guarantees & Non-Refundable Credits

  • No Traffic Guarantees: Purchasing a Boost or earning credits does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, or conversions.
  • Non-Refundable: Credits spent to activate Boosts are non-refundable. All credit spending is final.
